PPBIN SQUARE containers

The semi-underground SQUARE container consists of a buried body, a lid and big-bag for waste connected to it by metal frame. The frame holds a bag and keep lid in right position when bag comes back into container after emptying. Bags are strong and durable for many years of operation.

SQUARE containers offer in options:

  • with a body (tank) made of polyethylene.
Significant advantage of this type of containers is tightness, low weight of the product (approx. 290 kg of a complete 5 m3 container), easy shipping, unloading and set in the ground at building site.Vertical embossing of the container wall ensures high aesthetics, without the need of any additional padding by composite wood, steel sheet plate or other cover materials.
  • with a body (tank) made of reinforced concrete class C35/45 with a watertightness factor of W8.
This type of body provides an increased usable strength of 10 kN/m2. The large weight of the container (4300 kg) ensures the possibility of installation in places where groundwater exist and could penetrate the area, regardless of the buoyancy force. Possibility of choosing colors and type of side wall padding (coated metal panels, composite board panels, etc.)

Thanks to the modular design, both options of SQUARE containers provide the possibility of any configuration and minimal footprint. For example: for a set of containers for 5 fractions, with a total waste volume of 20 m3, the building area is only 12 m2 !!!

SQUARE containers with square body shape have an internal dimension of 1680 x 1680 mm, the total height is 2700 mm, the height of the ground part is 1250 mm.

All containers have leachate the ability to divide one tank into two or three independent containers for collecting different types of waste. Possible division of 2 x 1/2, 3 x 1/3 or 1/3 + 2/3, depending on the user’s needs.

For the BIO waste, there is an option of tight inner container made of polyethylene, equipped with a stainless steel sieve and a tank for. All liquids stay in tank, rest of organic waste is collected over the sieve.
