We use wireless sensors to control the fill level of waste containers, thanks to which highly efficient waste disposal plans are generated. Using our system will give you savings of up to 50% of transport costs. The service eliminates unnecessary trips to half-empty containers and dramatically improves fleet utilization. We prevent overflowing bins and avoid complaints from residents.
Transport optimization
So far, static routes have been used to transport waste. Our system automatically generates dynamic routes based on accurate predictions. A number of parameters are then used to determine which route is the most cost-effective. Access to information via our website is user-friendly and available 24/7. Drivers on tablets are shown the optimal route based on our system.
Access control
In our underground containers, we have used modern access controllers for RFID Unique wireless cards. Our system allows you to monitor the use of access cards, add new cards remotely and report their use. It is also possible to connect our solution to any city card system.
The electronic container control system has the following functions:
• Automatic info of the current geographical position (GPS coordinates)
• Registration of container movement in the field
• Automatic container fullness control
• Automatic measurement of the temperature inside the container
• Control of all object movements in 6D space
• Access control with the use of Mifare cards for 1000 users, the list of accepted cards is managed from the system server level
• Control of the opening using an electromagnetic lock
• Number of identification-opening cycles on one set of batteries: approx. 10,000 (primary battery), 20,000 (extended battery)
• Data transmission to the system server in the 2G, LTE-CATM1, LTE-NB1 standard
• AES encrypted transmission The control device cooperates with the software that performs the main functions:
– Receipt and visualization of measurement data on an electronic map
– Container pickup planning management system
– Managing the collection process from the driver (operator) terminal
